Cocktail Workshop
Whether you're gathering your team, your friends, or just a group of curious drinkers, Cal's cocktail workshops turn anyone into a confident home bartender — no experience required. In just 30 minutes to an hour, you'll learn to craft two to three cocktails from scratch, complete with the history, techniques, and little tricks that make each drink shine.

Here's how it works: Cal walks you through each cocktail step-by-step, sharing stories about the spirits and the classics that inspired them. You'll mix your first drink, enjoy it for 15-20 minutes (because good cocktails deserve to be savored), then move on to the next. By the end, you'll pick your favorite and make it one more time — a little victory lap for your new skills.
